Romanian cardboard producer Rondocarton is expecting the country’s cardboard market to expand by between 5% and 7%, according to senior company representatives.
Rondocarton’s production facilities in Cluj and Târgovişte, both located in Romania, are enabled with an output capacity of some 120 million square metres of cardboard per year.
Campean Teofil, the director of the two factories, told local business daily Ziarul Financiar that Rondocarton is forecasting revenues of about €70 million for 2017.
Rondocarton is part of Austria’s Rondo Ganahl group, and employs about 300 workers at its two production facilities.
