Rengo announces that it has integrated the Packaging Solution business of SunTox Co., Ltd. and Mitsui Chemicals Tohcello, Inc. in an absorption-type merger and acquired 51.0% of shares issued by the Integrated Company (new trading name: RM Tochello CO., LTD.) on the same date, making it into a subsidiary.
As a frontrunner of polyolefin films and foam-molded sheets, RM TOCHELLO CO., LTD. will enhance its supply system and strengthen its development capabilities.
The Rengo Group intends to further promote development of the flexible packaging business through the making of the company into a subsidiary.
