Investment underway Arctic Paper has announced that the company is planning to kick off manufacturing activities at a new production unit for molded fiber trays at the paper mill in Kostrzyn, Poland, in the third quarter of 2024.

The expansion project is delayed due to longer delivery times for the equipment. We expect production to begin in Q3, 2024,” the business said in a statement.

Arctic Paper Group says it is a leading European maker of high-quality graphical fine paper, bio-based packaging solutions, and high-quality wood pulp, among others. Arctic Paper S.A. is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NASDAQ in Stockholm. The business is also the main owner of Swedish pulp producer Rottneros AB.

The company’s paper mill in Kostrzyn is located in Poland’s south-western region of Lower Silesia.
