The Leipzig-based company emtec Electronic GmbH can look back on 30 years of experience and is celebrating its anniversary together with customers, partners and friends at stand B41 at the MIAC Expo in Lucca, Italy.

Leipzig, Germany, 03.09.2025 – In October 8-10, the paper industry sector is meeting again in Lucca at MIAC exhibition and conferences to obtain a full overview of the latest technology and equipment. The team from the German company emtec Electronic will be onsite presenting innovative measurement technology, discussing new applications and ideas as well as celebrating the 30th anniversary with all customers, partners and friends.

At booth B41 the two yellow lab devices for determining the particle charge and zeta potential in the wet-end of paper production are showcased – CAS Charge Analyzing System and FPA Fiber Potential Analyzer. Both solutions are small, light-weight, easy to handle and loved worldwide especially by chemical suppliers.

In addition, the German company will exhibit their FPO Fiber Potential Analyzer Online: an online measuring device for the automatic and continuous determination of the zeta potential in the suspension by independently taking pulp samples from the paper machine via two alternating connections, measuring them and cleaning the measuring cell before the emtec FPO takes the next sample. The values for zeta potential, pH value, conductivity and temperature are automatically forwarded to the process control system and, if required, to a secure data cloud for worldwide remote access.

As easy to use as it is pioneering: in just two minutes, the detection of mineral fillers in paper and board has never been so fast and accurate as with the ACA Ash Content Analyzer from emtec Electronic. The user receives information on the individual mineral fillers in percent as well as the total filler content of the sample without destroying it.

For assessing haptic properties of tissue products, the company presents its TSA Tactile Sensation Analyzer in a new design. Equipped with a touchscreen, the device is even easier to handle, and the additional options for tracking optical and thermo-haptic properties complete the further development of the emtec TSA.

This year, the booth team consists of Sandra Vogt (Global Marketing Manager), Philipp Sievers and Stefan Ruebesam (Sales Area Managers), and of course Riccardo Cossi from Italian partner company Qi Srl, who will welcome all interested visitors to stand B41 at MIAC in Lucca, answer questions, and raise a glass to the company´s anniversary.
