At the PaperlinX Limited Annual General Meeting held recently, the resolution to change the Company’s legal name from PaperlinX Limited to Spicers Limited was passed.
The new name aligns the identity of the parent company with the operating companies. As a result of the name change, the ASX ticker code will change from PPX to SRS. The corporate website address will also change to www.spicerslimited.com.au Future ordinary shareholder correspondence will be from Spicers Limited (SRS) but nothing else changes with respect to shareholdings. The legal name for the PaperlinX SPS Trust and its ASX ticker code (PXUPA) will remain unchanged.
