Slovak producer Bukoza to invest €25M in new facility

Slovak pulp, cellulose and wood products maker Bukoza has unveiled plans to invest about €25 million to launch produciton of two-ply wrapping paper testliner made of waste paper and waste from production of basic cellulose in Vranov nad Topou, Slovakia.

The new facility is to be enabled to make about 70,000 tonnes of testliner per year, according to data from the state-run Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO).

The project in Slovakia’s eastern part is expected to create some 50 new jobs at the facility.
