DS Smith Plc recently announced that it has acquired TRM Packaging Ltd, located in Lancashire, UK. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
TRM is a leading producer of specialist corrugated packaging and retail ready packaging and employs about 270 people.
TRM is complementary to DS Smith both geographically and in its FMCG customer focus, DS Smith.
