As of 23 February 2026, Andrius Ivašauskas has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Juodeliai, UAB, succeeding Petras Jašinskas, who has led the company since 2022, following the completion of its planned development and investment phase, according to a Linkedin post from the company.
Bringing more than two decades of leadership experience in the transport and logistics sectors, Andrius Ivašauskas will lead the next stage of the company’s development, focused on operational stability, process efficiency, and consistent performance improvement, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making and disciplined execution.
Since 2022, P. Jašinskas contributed to the implementation of Juodeliai’s, UAB, strategic developement programme and investment projects, including the relocation of the administration office from Marijampole to Kaunas, the launch of a new production plant, and the planned completion of technological expansion projects. The Board expresses its appreciation for his contribution.
