At the time of purchase, each customer receives personal login credentials and clear, simple instructions. “We’ve especially considered those working in the field,” Lencioni adds. “On the machine group, our customers will find a QR code that leads them directly to their HUB access.”

3D views and exploded diagrams allow users to identify the correct part quickly and precisely. “Each section is updated in real time to ensure maximum reliability — even during the ordering phase. In just seconds, even from a smartphone, the part can be identified and reported to the relevant department.” Concludes Lencioni.
