New positive results Poninkivska Cardboard and Paper Mill-Ukraine, a leading corrugated cardboard maker based in the country’s Khmelnytsky region, expanded its corrugated packaging production by a robust 21.2 percent in the January-April 2024 period compared to the same period a year earlier.
The latest data indicates that, in the first four months of this year, Poninkivska Cardboard and Paper Mill-Ukraine was able to ramp up its corrugated packaging production to about 30.5 million square meters, local news site Open4business.ua reported. The figures were collected by Ukraine’s paper industry association Ukrpapir.
In addition to this, between January and April 2024, the Ukrainian factory managed to raise its production of containerboard by some 11 percent year-on-year to a total of 24,400 tonnes.
