A selection of papers created to educate and inspire, Best of Publishing strengthens Fedrigoni’s presence in the editorial world through a compelling narrative. This new collection of editorial papers is both a practical guide and a visionary project.
This new collection is designed to educate and inspire, combining traditional material samples with digital elements such as QR codes, videos, and podcasts featuring inspirational interviews with eight internationally renowned editorial designers.
The collection is divided into three parts: “Read Me” is a book showcasing the best practices in editorial design and a collector piece in itself featuring 29 premium coated and uncoated Fedrigoni papers. It includes exclusive original interviews with eight designers that crossed paths with Fedrigoni: David Pearson (UK), Eduardo Aires (Portugal), Thomas Kronbichler of Studio Mut (Italy), Sulki & Min (South Korea), Lorenz Klingebiel (Germany), Fanette Mellier (France), Matt Willey of Pentagram NY (USA), and Wang Zi Hong (Taiwan). Each designer presents a curated selection of their work, along with interviews that delve into their background and creative process.
These designers differ in style and approach but share the same love for paper, printing, and experimentation. The featured projects range from independent, unconventional art publications to corporate reports.
