New acquisition U.S. private equity firm WP Strategic Holdings has taken over stationery products maker Crane Stationery.
“We are thrilled to welcome Crane Stationery into the WP Strategic Holdings family,” said Todd Kletter, the managing partner of WP Strategic Holdings, as quoted by local industry news site StationeryTrends.com.
In 2018, Crane Stationery joined Mohawk Fine Paper, according to the company’s website.

The value of the latest deal was not disclosed.
