Cordier Spezialpapier has sold the two German mills of its Technical Papers division to Dynos Group, Euwid reports.

Cordier Spezialpapier initiated self-administered insolvency proceedings at the beginning of 2020 and has since been searching for investors. The Technical Papers division was sold at the end of August, with all 113 staff working at the two sites reportedly retained. The Cordier mill in Bad Dürkheim makes technical pulp, which is used at the Illigsche Papierfabrik to produce technical speciality paper.

The Dynos Group specialises in producing vulcanised fibre.

A potential buyer has not yet been found for Cordier's graphic paper operations, according to Euwid.
