The operation related to the transfer of Ebix sa paper distribution business to Inapa España Distribución de Papel sa has been finalized.
Pursuing business continuity, synergies will be optimized with the Inapa Group - important distribution company of whom Burgo Group is already a preferential supplier in numerous European markets - thus offering interesting growth prospects for both Groups and in the best interest of customers, with particular regard to the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
Following the transfer, Burgo Group spa will strengthen its commercial presence in the Spanish market through the management of the main direct customers – printers and publishers – who will benefit from a dedicated salesforce, the professionalism of Burgo Group’s customer and technical service, as well as from the quality and service which are integral part of the history of one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of graphic papers.
