Myllykoski expands sales network

As from 1 April, Myllykoski is expanding its sales network by opening its own office in Moscow. The Swiss office was realigned at the beginning of the year. The Finnish publication paper producer is thus consistently pursuing its strategy of staying close to customers and, in contrast with its competitors, is investing in the qualitative and quantitative expansion of its sales network. This means that Myllykoski can guarantee its customers a successful partnership even in times of economic difficulty.

"Staying close to customers has been part of our identity ever since our family company was founded", says Henrik Björnberg, Executive Vice President Marketing & Business Development at Myllykoski. "This is the only way we can stay one step ahead of the increasing demands of our customers and the growing dynamism of the market."

Because the company has its own sales network, it can offer continuity in terms of contact partners, from external sales to internal support. Only through long-term, reliable and, most importantly, personal relationships can the company be familiar with the challenges facing its customers and provide support in meeting these actively, quickly and efficiently – thus allowing it to operate successfully in a market that is characterised by increasing pressure on costs.
