Papcel is the general supplier of the “turnkey” paper plant for production of decorative papers in Shklov, Belarus. The previous articles informed about individual stages of project implementation.
Currently, the project is in the stage of gradual completion of civil works: railroad siding, driveways and access roads, exterior lighting - communication networks, landscaping incl. greenery. Finishing works are being carried out in the interior of technology hall, in the administration part - ceramic tiles, sanitary facilities and drywalls. Furthermore, polymer coating of the floors in warehouses and technology is in progress. A fireproof spraying of the hall steel structure, fire water distribution systems, installation of air pipes including ventilation units on the roof of the hall and air conditioning units have been done. The assembly of stock preparation line technology and packaging line of reels for finished production, including electro part, has been finished. Assembly works are being gradually finalized for various parts of the paper machine.
Likewise, intense electrical installations are underway. The high voltage part and electrical switchboards have been connected. The delivery also includes a new boiler room with an output of 15 tons of steam per hour with grate combustion system for biomass burning - wood chips with addition of sludge from wastewater treatment plant. The boiler room is located in a separated hall. The technological part of the boiler room has been assembled and now intensive assembly of piping, heat insulation and cables is being carried out.
The boiler room will provide steam for production technology. The steam from the existing boiler room will be used for paper machine start-up, which also provides hot water heating for the new paper plant.
The existing wastewater treatment plant was completed with a new filter press. Complete technology has been assembled and installed including electrical parts. Since October 20, 2015 the machinery and equipment has been put into trial operation. The customer provides the purchase of all raw materials for technology start-up. The assembly of machinery will be completed in December 2015.
