oscotec has received a new contract from AMS BR Star Paper for the supply of AHEAD-2.0S tissue line at its mill in Vila Velha de Ródão, Portugal.
The Portuguese producer’s plant is already equipped with Toscotec’s AHEAD-2.0S tissue line. The TM1, with capacity of 110 tonnes per day, was delivered in 2009.
“The successful cooperation between the two companies, demonstrated in the TM1 project, as well as the Toscotec technology and its excellence and experience in complex turn-key projects worldwide, has been the decisional factor for AMS to choose once again the Italian company for this challenging project,” according to the company report.
The new machine is expected to start production in the third quarter of 2015.
