Arcil, a packaging technology firm, has announced the acquisition of Brazilian packaging machinery manufacturer, Dinieper. The acquisition will enable Arcil to expand presence in South American market.
"Dinieper's expertise in FFS technology and their thorough understanding of our machines make them a natural partner for Arcil’s growth in Brazil and Latin America. Moreover, their extensive experience in servicing customer equipment will allow us to strengthen our solutions,” said Eric Lesbats, General Director, Arcil.
Arcil designs and manufactures integrated form-fill-seal (FFS) packaging lines. The company was acquired by Barry-Wehmiller in 2013.
