Toscotec has received an order from Turkish tissue producer Parteks Paper Co. for a complete tissue production line.
The new tissue machine, TM2, will be installed in Parteks' integrated mill in Kayseri, Turkey.
Toscotec's delivery includes the approach flow, broke line, a MODULO-PLUS tissue machine with single-layer headbox, single press configuration and a steel Yankee cylinder TT SYD-12FT.
The scope of supply also includes an electrical systems and controls package, tissue machine auxiliaries such as a natural gas heated hood, steam and condensate system, and a two unwind stands Toscotec rewinder TT WIND-P.
With a width of 2.85 metres and a design speed of 1600 mpm, the new machine will produce 75 tons per day of high-quality facial, toilet and towel grades.
Start up of TM2 is expected in the first half of 2014.
