Corenso announces the acquisition of the business and operations of Mandriladora Leiza S.L. (“Leiza”) a highly esteemed core manufacturer located in Areso in North of Spain.
Leiza has a history of 35 years in the core business, serving customers with light-weight cores mainly in the flexible packaging segment. Leiza products include household tubes, tape cores, cash-roll cores and various other small diameter products. A new company, Corenso Leiza S.L., has been established for the purpose of the acquisition. Corenso Leiza will retain all the personnel and will operate from the current premises of Leiza, continuing to serve all existing customers as well as developing new ones.
