Polish cardboard producer to expand output

Polish cardboard packaging maker Karton sp. z o.o. has obtained a permission to expand its existing production and storage facility and invest at least PLN 3.4 million (€800,000).

The investment will be carried out in the country’s Suwalska special economic zone (SSEZ) which will provide the company with prefer-ential tax treatment for its project. Under the plan, Karton will also create at least 5 new jobs, expanding the factory’s existing workforce
