Papyrus Supplies has acquired the family owned company Veli Mark Oy in Finland, a full service wholesaler within professional cleaning and hygiene products. Through this acquisition, Papyrus Supplies will further strengthen its Nordic position in the segment of cleaning and facility management supplies.
Veli Mark Oy and Papyrus Supplies Oy will together have a turnover of EUR 34 million, employ some 57 employees and be able to serve customers nationwide from five cash & carries located in Helsinki, Tampere, Turku, Oulu and Rovaniemi.
