IBS Austria GmbH has acquired 80% of the shares in the company Horst Sprenger GmbH Spezialwerkzeuge, based in Moers (Germany).
The portfolio of Horst Sprenger GmbH includes metering rods, rod holders, quick couplings, edge doctors as well as coater blades and thus optimally complements the existing product portfolio of the IBS Paper Performance Group.
The IBS Paper Performance Group has strategic locations throughout the world - where ever paper is being produced. IBS Holding GmbH has a total of 19 branch offices around the world.
