Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Limited, established Fengyuan Tri-Wall Packaging (Shandong) Co., Ltd. in 2024 in collaboration with Shandong Fengyuan Group Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise engaged in paper manufacturing and power generation. The company manufactures and sells heavy duty and general corrugated board and cases, and has started operation of its plant.
The plant is located in Shandong Province, one of China’s major economic regions, and is the first manufacturing site in the province to operate a corrugator capable of manufacturing heavy duty corrugated board. By securing a stable supply of containerboard and electricity from Shandong Fengyuan Group Co., Ltd., the company expects to strengthen its position and advance market development in Shandong Province.
Rengo will continue to strengthen its supply system further and respond to more diverse packaging/service needs.
The main business of the Shandong Fengyan Group is the manufacturing and sales for heavy duty and general corrugated board and cases.
