Cambodian cardboard producer advances investment plans

New project to be carried out Cambodia’s cardboard producer Cobber Packing Co Ltd has obtained a permission to implement a new manufacturing investment in the South-East Asian country. The planned project in the Cambodian market is estimated to be worth about $3 million.

 

To be able to implement the project, Cobber Packing Co Ltd was given the approval by a local state institution, the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Sub-Committee on Investment, according to the information obtained by local paper The Khmer Times. 

 

The Cambodia-based cardboard business has a registered capital of some $1.5 million, or about 50 percent of the expected value of its forthcoming manufacturing investment.
