Following intensive discussions with the works council, German Feldmuehle has implemented the planned restructuring measures. Key elements of this reorganisation include adjustments to production capacities, changes to management and the shift system.
The aim of these measures is to ensure better planning, greater reliability and punctuality for customers, suppliers and the company – without compromising on product quality.
As part of the reorganisation at the Uetersen site, the sales department is also being restructured.
Martin Mönke is leaving the company on 30 September 2025 at his own request and by mutual agreement.
In Helmut Teuschler, we have succeeded in gaining a proven sales expert in the label sector.
Together with our colleague Stania Sabatkova, who is primarily active internationally, he will be responsible for the global sales of Feldmuehle products in the future.
Another important step in the reorientation is the increased presence at international trade fairs:
- - For the first time, Feldmuehle will have its own stand at Labelexpo in Barcelona (16–19 September 2025). In addition to Stania Sabatkova, the management team will also be on hand to answer questions from customers and business partners.
- - At the same time, Helmut Teuschler will represent Feldmuehle's interests at Drintec in Munich.
- - A week later, the team will be at Fachpack in Nuremberg.
