Pro-Gest Group and Afry (AF Poyry AB) recently signed an agreement aimed at improving the management, market, production and organizational performances of the Group companies, also called full potential project, which will make it possible to express all the value inherent in the upgrading investments already made by the Group in the last five years and equal to over Euro 500 million, in order to achieve and strengthen its technological leadership at European level and, at the same time, generate value for all stakeholders. Afry (AF Poyry AB) will contribute to the ramp-up and quantitative and qualitative improvement of the performance of the new Mantua paper mill, as well as that of the whole Group.
The collaboration will develop over the course of 2021 and will concern the analysis of the reference market, the competitiveness of the Group’s products and production processes, its organizational structure and an articulated reporting package, such as to position the Group itself at the highest levels of competitive edge.
