SCA’s consumer tissue goes outdoors

SCA is launching Plenty The Big One. The new product aims to increase consumer uses outside the kitchen.

Plenty The Big One is almost 50 percent larger than the standard Plenty household towel, making the product more versatile - for pets, the garden or the garage. "Plenty The Big One offers extra help when you need it most; with extra-large sheets which complete big jobs with the same great strength, absorbency and reusability as standard Plenty," explains Rachel Worthington, Brand Manager for Plenty in the UK & ROI.

Juan Sheet, Plenty’s brand icon, will help deliver the message. SCA will kick off a campaign for the product by sponsoring ITV1’s The Cube in October. The popular show is hosted by Philip Schofield and appears in a prime Sunday night slot.

Plenty leads the UK & ROI household towel market with 20.2% value share, and a growth by 5% year on year – outperforming market growth of 3%.
