Amcor announces that Leslie Desjardins, Chief Financial Officer has decided to leave Amcor to pursue other career interests.
17 November, 2010: Leslie has made a considerable contribution to Amcor since she joined the company in 2007 including the successful equity raising and US Private Placement issuance to finance the Alcan Packaging acquisition as well as overseeing the seamless financial integration.
Ron Delia has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer commencing 1 February 2011 and Leslie Desjardins will continue in her role to assist Ron in his transition.
Ron joined Amcor in September 2005 in the role of General Manager Operations Development and is currently General Manager Rigid Plastics - Central and South America.
