Rayonier recently announced that Jay Posze has joined the company as vice president, human resources. He is a member of the senior management team. He is responsible for all aspects of the corporate human resources function including the development and implementation of the company-wide talent strategy.
Posze brings more than 22 years of human resources and management experience to Rayonier. Most recently, he was with Albemarle Corporation, a manufacturer of polymers and fine chemicals, in Baton Rouge, La., where he served as global director, human resources - Asia Pacific.
Posze holds a bachelor's degree in management from Western Kentucky University
