The Zago Family has chosen the title "Insieme si cresce" for the Congress in Taormina that was held at the end of June, where the employees of the 18 firms of the Pro Gest Group were gathered for the first time.
The event lasted three days, during which the participants could know better one of the most important industrial realities in Italy, a group with 750 employees from 7 Italian regions. Besides they could discover one of the most beautiful and suggestive places in Italy.
The Zago family showed again, that not only investments in infrastructure and in machines determine the success of the group founded by Mr. Zago, but how important it also is to train and update the employees and company directors, with a teamwork view.
