Little Rapids purchases Larsen Converting

Little Rapids Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of products for the healthcare, beauty and specialty paper markets, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Larsen Converting Industries, Inc. Larsen Converting is a paper converting and flexographic printing company. Both companies’ headquarters are based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

"This is a positive, strategic acquisition for Little Rapids. Larsen is an exceptional company and will make us stronger, said Kirk Ryan, Little Rapids Corporation’s President and Chief Executive Officer. "This acquisition is also good news for the area’s economy. We will continue to operate Larsen’s two manufacturing facilities, which will increase our total area employment to approximately 425."
