Sniace Group extends portfolio

After several meetings and negotiations The Sniace Group and Besaya Bin SL have reached a Memorandum of Understanding on the bases that would regulate, if necessary, the acquisition of Besaya Bin SL shares by The Sniace Group.

In the coming days due diligence and an audit of the company Besaya Bin will be performed. If the result of this analysis is satisfactory, there will be the granting of the deed of sale within a maximum period of thirty days.
