Walki Group, producer of protective packaging materials and technical laminates, announces the following changes in its Group Executive Team.
Timo Finnström, M.Sc currently Vice President Finance and CFO is appointed Vice President Sourcing and Business Development. Timo will continue to be a member of the Group Executive Team and he will be located at the Group head office in Espoo, Finland.
Since August 2009, Mikael Nováky has been in charge of both Group Sourcing and the Business Area Paper Packaging on an interim basis. In future, he will continue to lead the Paper Packaging business as Vice President and General Manager - Paper Packaging.
Anu Suikkanen, M.Sc is appointed Vice President Finance and CFO and a member of the Group Executive Team. She is joining Walki Group from Finndomo Oy, where she has worked as CFO. Anu Suikkanen will also be in charge of the Group's Human Resources and Information Technology activities and she will be located in the head office in Espoo.
There will be a transfer period of several months in the handover of responsibilities between Finnström and Suikkanen, as well as between Nováky and Finnström. Both Finnström and Suikkanen report to the Group's CEO Leif Frilund.
