Palm Paper has officially commissioned its new paper separation plant (PSP) and the new combined heat and power (CHP) plant to mark the 10th anniversary of the opening of the King's Lynn mill in the UK, reports Euwid.
The sorting plant started operation in September 2019 and is designed to process up to 200,000 tonnes of mixed paper per year, according to Palm Paper. The mixed paper used in the sorting plant comes from collections of separately collected mixed papers and is sorted into deinking material and OCC.
