Innovatech is a Brazilian Company that offers consultancy in forestry and agribusiness management. It adopts Inflor’s mobile technologies to manage biological assets and soon will launch a new product in the market that will contributes strategically to the development of the sector, specially for entrepreneurs that values information quality, innovation and sustainability of its projects.
In silviculture process, every service order is received directly in the field through tablets and then downloaded by the responsible person for the operations, which daily manages the resources, volumes, time, operations movements and relevant observations. As the responsible person has access to internet, its registers are automatically downloaded in SGF, that manages the information income through programmed authorizations made by the planner.
Using the cartographic base of the properties in SGF, users can locate, route and register events directly on map, through the phone.
According to Luiz Fellipe Arcalá, Business Head at Innovatech, the use of technologic innovations on the field management has come to stay. “The globalized knowledge and greater access to technology impact the business models, and on the field is no different. This new social context brings along new ways for team integration, new communication channels and new motivations. This enable managers to make faster decisions and to have leadership in practical situations in the work routine”, explains Arcalá.
Considering this natural behavior of the teams and the available technologic resources to innovate in the management of forest and agribusiness project teams, the plans of activities now leaves project offices and are available in real time in mobile devices of the responsible person on the field. With this autonomy and control gain, the planning teams focus in deeper management activities, dedicating themselves to business challenges of its operations.
“We are convinced that this advance in activities and people management, conquered by technologic evolution, is a real, necessary and continuous process, and we are ready for these innovations which will allow us to achieve even better results”, finishes Arcalá.
