Paloma needs money for tissue mill upgrade

According to Euwid, Slovenia’s tissue maker Paloma is looking for investor to raise capital and expand capacity. The company recently launched a capital increase worth €15m.

The money raised from the capital increase will be used to modernize production facilities, increase operating capacity and remove current bottlenecks, thereby enhancing efficiency and financial results, according to Paloma.

Paloma has a production capacity for nearly 70,000 tpy of tissue at its Sladki Vrh facility. Virgin fibre tissue accounts for over 45,000 t to make up the lion's share of the annual output.  

Paloma is considered to be one of the leading suppliers of tissue and sanitary paper products in the Western Balkans.
