Fedrigoni scraps IPO at Borsa Italiana

Fedrigoni's stock market flotation has failed, according to Euwid Pulp & Paper. However, the company said that market listing remain a strategic objective.

Recently, the Italian paper manufacturer Fedrigoni announced its decision to to withdraw its initial public offering (IPO) due to worsening conditions on the stock market. Fedrigoni shares were offered to the market at an indicative price of €5.50-7.00 per share and the IPO should bring the company a maximum of €222m in net proceeds.
