Menasha Packaging acquires Strine

Menasha Packaging Company announced recently it has acquired Strine Printing Company, Inc. of York, Pennsylvania.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

According to Mike Waite, president of Menasha Packaging, "The acquisition of Strine Printing Company strengthens our graphic packaging, merchandising and fulfillment capabilities and supports our operations on the East Coast. Customers continue to value Menasha Packaging's full-range of packaging materials and services, and with Strine, we will continue to respond to this growing demand."

Strine employs approximately 300 people and is located in York, Pa., where it has a manufacturing plant and two warehouses.
