Mayr-Melnhof Karton said that Dr. Wilhelm Hormanseder (59) has been unanimously reappointed Chairman of the Management Board for a further period of five years.
The new term will start on January 1, 2015 and end on December 31, 2019.
Mr. Hormanseder joined the Mayr-Melnhof Group in 1990 and has been Chairman of the Management Board and CEO since May 2002.
"He has significantly shaped the company’s successful development during the past two and a half decades. His reappointment underlines the continuity and sustainability in the management of the Mayr-Melnhof Group," the company said in a statement
The current term of the other members of the Management Board runs until May 2015.
