On January 17, 2013 Stefan Mölle travelled to Glasgow to meet Mr. David Shearer and Mr. John Northey, the directors of Interlok Packaging Ltd. and to sign the contracts for the gradual integration of Interlok Packaging into the Mölle Group.
"With the formation of Mölle RussLandia in 2009 we were able to establish our products and services successfully in the Russian market. By integrating Interlok into the Mölle Group, we would like to continue this success in the British market.", says Stefan Mölle, founder and director of the Mölle Group. One of the main reasons for this decision was that Interlok can also, like Mölle Kartonagen GmbH, look back on a tradition of several decades in the packaging industry. Both companies are leading manufacturers of separators and partitions for all sectors and industries.
With companies such as MSB GmbH & Co. KG, a manufacturer of packaging machines, and MVC GmbH & Co. KG, a successful consultant company for the implementation of new packaging concepts, the Mölle Group is one of the most successful suppliers for complete packaging solutions from a single source. In 2013, Mölle Kartonagen GmbH is celebrating its 25th anniversary and Interlok also looks back on a history of several decades. Through the integration of Interlok into the Mölle Group both companies can combine their know-how and their many years of experience in the British and German packaging industry. Through this joint ownership, the futures of both companies and the presence in the international market will be further strengthened.
