Sappi Fine Paper Europe is gearing up to present Sappi l Jaz book , its new coated digital paper, at the 10 th edition of the Hunkeler innovationdays 2013 (11th – 15 th Feb 2013).
The recently launched Jaz book will be Sappi’s focus during the 2013 Hunkeler innovationdays. This is Sappi’s new digital coated paper designed for printing books. Françoise Accou, Product Service Manager said “We have accumulated a lot of expertise in digital printing over the years, particularly as a result of our partnership with HP, so it was only natural that we would create a digital paper (in a lower grammage) specifically for full colour book production. The high dimensional stability of the paper along with high opacity means that it has the right characteristics for the job it has been designed to do.”
Visitors to the innovationdays will be able to discover Sappi l Jaz book in action on the Kodak Prosper press and on the Hunkeler stand. Françoise Accou, Product Service Manager Digital, who will be present in Lucerne said, "The possibilities that exist with digital print are incredibly exciting, and at Sappi, we are keeping our finger on the pulse of innovation.
