Powerflute and Vapo to acquire Myllykoski’s share of Harvestia

UPM announces that it sells its affiliate Myllykoski Corporations’ 30 % ownership of Harvestia to Vapo Oy and Powerflute Oyj.

Harvestia supplies wood to its holding companies’ mills and to its partners in Finland. Harvestia’s annual wood sourcing volume is about 4 million cubic meters.
