Bulgarian paper packaging maker Yuri Gagrin has man-aged to raise its net profit for the first quarter of 2018 to BGN 2 million ($1.2 million), an increase of 33.3% compared with a year earlier.
In the first three months of this year, the company lowered its operat-ing expenses to some BGN 30.5 million, down from BGN 34.3 million in the same period a year earlier, according to the information ob-tained by local news site SEENews.com.
Established in 1964, the Bulgarian company specialises in making multi-colour printed packaging and labels from cardboard and paper. Yuri Gagrin supplies its output to a number of industries, including companies from the food, cosmetic and tobacco sectors
