Poland’s insolvent paper producer ZZP So-lali has secured a new investor which plans to relaunch production at its plan by the end of June 2017.
Polish paper machine maker Krystian PPH has signed a letter of in-tent with the insolvent paper manufacturer, according to the infor-mation obtained by local news site Naszemiasto.pl. ZZP Solali owns a production facility in Żywiec, in Poland’s southern part. The amount of the planned acquisition was not disclosed.
Krystian PPH is owned by local businessman Krystian Klementowicz. The company is based in Lublin, in south-eastern Poland.
