Rodewisch GmbH, a manufacturer of premium paper machine clothing, has opened a sales and service office to support its growing customer base in Canada and the U.S, according to Nonwoven Industry.
After successfully servicing mills and other customers through their factory in Saxony, Germany, the company took the next step to better serve their customers in the paper, pulp, nonwovens, filtration and wood products industries in North America.
CEO Dr. Peter Klose explained: “We have reached a point where we need to be closer to our customer base in the USA. We will be more effective in handling inquiries and providing service support with our own, permanent office”.
The company focuses on specialized dryer fabrics that other suppliers usually do not offer, with a particular eye on smaller machines and single-fabric orders, delivered very quickly.
