Polish cardboard packaging maker Rawi-box S.A. is planning to invest some €70 million to build a new card-board packaging plant in the Jasienicka low-emission economic zone, in Poland’s southern part.
The municipal authorities of Jasienica announced the project in a statement.
Last year, the firm signed a deal to acquire two land plots with a total surface of more than 80,000 square metres in the zone. The packag-ing maker paid some PLN 12.2 million (€2.8 million) for the land.
Headquartered in Rawicz, in Poland’s west, Rawibox has been part of Germany’s Rossmann Group since 1997.
