Felix Schoeller announces a strategically significant leadership transition within its North American decor paper business. After 27 successful years leading the company’s decor division in the Americas, Richard Paterson-Jones will retire at the end of the year. Kyle Brown will assume the role of President, Decor Americas.
With Kyle Brown, Felix Schoeller gains a proven expert in the North and South American markets. Brown brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across both the industrial and retail sectors. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Product Development at Swiss Krono Group USA, a leading manufacturer of engineered wood products and laminate flooring.

During his tenure, Richard Paterson-Jones played a pivotal role in advancing paper production at the Drummondville, Québec site through strategic investments and entrepreneurial vision. Under his leadership, Technocell became the leading brand for decor papers in the North American market.
Kyle Brown will officially assume his new role as President, Decor Americas, on October 13, 2025, reporting directly to Matthias Breimhorst.
