TW Mexico Packaging Solutions acquires  leading supplier of industrial packaging

The Tri-Wall Group announces that its Mexican subsidiary, TW Mexico Packaging Solutions, acquired a 100% stake in Thimm Packaging Systems Mexico, a leading supplier of industrial packaging, with a particular focus on serving the Mexican automotive market. With the closure of the transaction on October 9, 2020 from the Thimm Group, a European group of packaging specialists headquarter in Germany, Tri-Wall continues to expand its global footprint to better serve its customers.

 

Located in Puebla, Mexico, Thimm Packaging Systems was setup in 2015 and has since established an impressive portfolio of customers while employing over 50 employees. TW Mexico will be taking over all existing employees and infrastructure, as it is fully committed to the continued supply of expendable and reusable multi-material packaging to existing customers in North America.
