Bernhard and Urs Ziegler will be handing over operational management of the company to the new proprietors Philipp Kuttler and Isabel Frey Kuttler. In future, Messrs Ziegler will have seats on the board of directors of Ziegler Paper Mill. Philipp Kuttler will henceforth fulfil the role of CEO with responsibility for the realms of sales and production.
The current CFO, Norman Humm, will be leaving the company at the end of February 2010, until which time he will remain a member of the management with responsibility for commercial administration. After this date, Isabel Frey Kuttler will take charge of this area of activity.
